Be genuine — use real photos and be honest in your profile
Be respectful — treat every person on this platform with dignity
Be patient — not every conversation leads to a connection, and that's okay
Be curious — video dates are a chance to genuinely get to know someone
Report issues — help us keep the community safe by reporting violations

🚫 What Is Not Allowed

Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

Fake profiles: Using photos of other people, false information, or automated accounts
Harassment: Sending unwanted messages after being told to stop, threats, or abusive language
Explicit content: Sending explicit photos or videos without explicit consent from the recipient
Scamming: Requesting money, gift cards, financial information, or personal data from matches
Spam: Sending the same message to many users, advertising, or promoting outside services
Underage users: Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. Using the app as a minor will result in immediate removal and may be reported to authorities.
Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else, including celebrities or other users
Violence or threats: Any content that threatens harm to any person
Hate speech: Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality

📋 Reporting Violations

If you see someone violating these guidelines, please report them immediately using the in-app report feature (tap the three-dot menu on any profile or in any chat). You can also email jamaine@midnightsingles.com with "Safety Report" in the subject line.

We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, which may include warning, suspension, or permanent ban.

Consequences

Minor first offenses may receive a warning. Serious violations — including scamming, explicit content without consent, harassment, underage accounts, and fake profiles — result in immediate permanent removal with no appeal.

We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
