Terms of Service — Midnight Singles

Welcome to Midnight Singles, operated by VMC INC. ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Midnight Singles app or website (midnightsingles.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Midnight Singles. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at jamaine@midnightsingles.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the app if you are under 18 years of age
Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
Impersonate any person or entity
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Send unsolicited explicit content
Solicit money from other users
Use the app for commercial solicitation or spam
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or hack the app
Create multiple accounts to evade bans
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

4. Content

You are responsible for all content you post on Midnight Singles. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your profile content for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.

5. Selfie Verification

All users are required to complete selfie verification. Providing false verification data, using another person's image, or circumventing the verification process is grounds for immediate and permanent account termination.

6. In-App Purchases

Certain features are available through optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Midnight Singles does not store your payment information.

7. Disclaimers

Midnight Singles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users — use your own judgment when interacting with anyone you meet through the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMC INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Midnight Singles.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time by contacting jamaine@midnightsingles.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
